wow that's a lot.
I had to look it up last night when I heard about it because everyone was talking about "Murder" and "intentional".
I will admit I don't know a lot about NASCAR and/or Sprint races but anyone who wanders into a live track is taking their life into their own hands. Caution or otherwise.
I apologize if this seems incredibly callous, I feel bad that a dude lost his life over this.

A lot of people seem to be using the word intentional or some for thereof. Which does make me wonder, on the other hand, he did run out onto a live track. I think I shall just wait and see how it all plays out.

I agree with you for the most part, the videos I saw are really much to zoomed in to see if Tony changed course in order to hit him. The fact that they are not charging him says a lot to the fact that it might of been an accident or that it wasn't 100% intentional.
Deadspin loves to put the far end of the spectrum in order to get people in, of course they would use "murder" and "intentional" as these words will make people click (which = $$$). Many of those guys are working for a paycheck and not for the truth. They know a kid dunking a basketball from half court will always have less views than Ron Artest changing his name. Patrick Kane could score 15 goals with a pen instead of a hockey stick and all they would want to do is link to articles with him being a "bro" or getting a in a fight with a cabby. Its not sports they deal with, its the sideshow.

It's all about the money. It's a shame but yeah I just don't get why people are calling Tony Stewart a murderer, I mean I'm not a fan of the guy but from the angle I saw (which is all I can speak to) it looked like a guy ran onto a live track and got hit by a car.

Sick. I watched it once, and I'm ashamed of that. Is this what they want to be know for? They don't seem to care, as long as it brings in traffic... Maybe they'll start posting videos of ISIS beheading children (if they haven't already).
